These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for visitors in the United Kingdom and Europe, the laws of Malaysia for visitors in the ASEAN region, and the laws of Rwanda for visitors in East Africa. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant region, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
